Symbol Meaning
A lighthouse provides reference to those seeking guidance. The lighthouse of our logo directs its light to both sea and land, in a direct reference to our work in coastal systems of land-sea interface. The year 2003 refers to the moment we took the challenge to stay in Patagonia, Argentina.
After surveying all the lighthouses along the Argentinean coast, we finally chose the one in Punta Delgada because:

1) It is placed in the famous Península Valdés, so dearly related to Patagonia.
2) It is a good looking lighthouse.
3) It is among the oldest lighthouses of Southern South America, which symbolizes our compromise to endure and overcome the hardest situations.
4) It is among the few lighthouses that are still inhabited, which symbolizes the great value that human presence and relationships have in our work.
