Postgraduate Courses
We have been organizing and offering graduate courses since 2004. These courses are usually 7 to 10 days long, intensive, and require all students to be finishing their Licenciatura/Master Thesis or conducting their doctoral programs. Since we commonly receive students from all across Argentina and other Latin-American countries, we teach in Spanish. Nevertheless, we receive also students who communicate in English.
CENPAT Abierto
In GEAC, we participate in outreach activities to show our work to the community, such as the CENPAT Abieto: Once every year, the inhabitants of Puerto Madryn are invited to visit the laboratories in the CENPAT, meet the scientists and mainly have a nice time with the activities they propose them.
Schools
In GEAC we provide Biology and Ecology lessons to the school students of the region, in the classroom, the field and even the CENPAT Aquarium.
