GEAC - Grupo de Ecologia en Ambientes Costeros

What is GEAC?

We are an interdisciplinary research team formed by researchers, graduate students and technicians from different Scientific Institutes of CONICET. Although we all study coastal environments, every one of us contribute to the rest of the team by supplying different perspectives and approaches from biology and experimental ecology to social sciences. We specifically use the coastal environments -with special emphasis in intertidals- as a model to test our hypotheses, but always trying to contribute to the big picture region- and world-wide.
